Denise and Michael Graham are the owners of SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County.

Chris K – Crew Chief Leader

Chris has been part of the team here for close to three years now. His experience in the industry includes Mold Remediation, Duct Cleaning, Water Restoration, Mitigation, Grease Hood Cleaning, Trash Cute Cleaning, Bio Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. Chris’s favorite part of the job is that there is always something new to learn. Chris has a certification in Xactimate and Recon Estimation. 

He continues to grow his skill every day. In his down time, he enjoys car shows and seeing the different builds. He also has a young daughter whom he loves and adores.

Donovan F - Crew Chief

Donovan has been in the SERVPRO family for well over 11 years now. Donovan is a leader and enjoys working with his crew. He enjoys being able to help people when times are tough , however, he enjoys HVAC Cleanings the most.  He is WRT certified and continues to grow with SERVPRO. He has a laugh that is infectious, and his favorite quote is “ Beam me up, Scotty!” IF he is not working you can find him working out , working on cars , or most of all hanging with his daughter.

Donya S – Production Technician

Don is coming up on his 3 month anniversary and has learned a great deal in this short time.

He is working hard and getting ready to be promoted to Production Technician 2.

Don is a new father of a 2-month-old daughter.

In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music and doing window tinting.

Tyler J – Crew Chief

Tyler joined our team almost three years ago . He has continued to learn and grow daily. He is loved by his crew and is a great Leader. He is WRT certified and knows there is more to come as he works his way up the ladder.. Tyler always tries to stay positive, and he rarely says NO. We recently started a New Trash Chute cleaning service where he Eagerly showed initiative to learn. He is a proud father of 2 boys with another boy on the way. Tyler enjoys working with his hands and he is always keeping busy.

Tiffany T - Job File Coordinator

Tiffany joined our team with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field. This is a helpful skill that comes in handy when dealing with insurance companies during the mitigation and reconstruction process.  She enjoys learning new things and adapts to whatever is thrown her way. She has a thirst for knowledge. Whether it's dealing with customers , mitigation, recon and even sometimes technology she will always figure it out. Her energy is infectious and she is often our team energizer bunny , she always has a big smile on her face. She is more sweet then she is sassy for sure. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan alongside with her daughter , they enjoy watching all the games together while her young daughter can name almost all the players and their teams. Her favorite saying is she “will get things buttoned up”. Thanks for being a part of our team.

Samir P - Production Technician

Samir is one of our newest team members. However, has been in the SERVPRO family for over 2 years.  Although he comes to us with mitigation experience, he really enjoys learning the HVAC cleaning and his favorite part is getting to do something different every day. He is a proud father of 3 and it is very hard to ever find him in a bad mood.

Ezechias C

Ezechias Casseus commonly known as EZ is one of our newest Team Members. Ez comes from Haiti and speaks several languages. He was a temp at another SERVPRO franchise for well over a year before finding SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County.  We are so happy to welcome EZ to our SERVPRO family. While he is known as the funny guy on the job sites, he is a very hard worker and eager to learn and gain more knowledge. Ez’s favorite task so far is Carpet Cleaning and seeing the job when its been completed.

Zachary A

Zachary Alexander-Wright, joined our SERVPRO family in Feb 2023. Zach is a hard worker and enjoys being part of this team, he enjoys working along with his team members. Although he has 1 year in the restoration industry, he wants to continue to grow with us. He enjoys spending time with his nieces and considers himself a family guy. He is a big Lakers fan “Once a Laker, always a Laker”

Sayyon B

Sayyon is one of our youngest team members but not the shortest (He is pretty tall and often does not need a ladder). Sayyon is humble, kind, and a joy to be around. He is a hard worker and enjoys working with his team. He knows we are a family here and that makes him happy to come to work every day. He is currently learning the in and outs of the restoration industry but brings with him demolition experience that he learned from his older brother. Fun fact about Sayyon is he is a Thinker. He thinks about life at his young age and all its significance and he puts his pride aside. He bosses up to get his life in order.

Donya Smith

We welcome Don back to our team, while he left for a short bit, he is back and eager to continuing growing. He will be in training over the next year to become our newest Crew Chief Leader. Don will continue to take any learning experiences away from each job he goes too. He has been in the restoration industry for 2 years. His favorite part of the job is helping people and then seeing the result and happy customers. Don is also a proud father of 2 little girls. He is mostly the quite guy but he has this quick sense of humor to him.

Jon Bowling- Estimator

Jon has over 10 years’ experience with SERVPRO and is very knowledgeable when it comes to mitigation estimating. Jon also has experience in construction. He helps in any way he can and keeps everything moving efficiently. He is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration, Fire and Odor alongside of Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup . Jon enjoys spending time with family, camping and Deep-sea Fishing. Don’t forget his love for cooking a good meal for the family.

Shelly McKeon – Office Manager

Shelly brings with her 15+ years of management experience and although she is new to the world of restoration, she is learning so much from her amazing team. As I learn something new everyday, my hope is that I can help my team be the very best as we all work and grow together. I truly love this team and I will support them. “ The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team” -Phil Jackson. On my off time I enjoy working in my garden, spending time with family and reading.
